Hailey founded Girlstawk with a singular vision: to create a world where every girl's voice is heard, valued, and amplified. Driven by her own experiences navigating the challenges of growing up as a young woman, she built Girlstawk into a movement that goes beyond education — one that fosters real conversation, builds unshakeable confidence, and creates lasting change in communities everywhere.
Under her leadership, Girlstawk has grown into a platform where girls write, speak, connect, and lead. Hailey believes that empowerment isn't given — it's built, together.
